Study On The Entry-exit Management For Chinese Citizens Of Police Security Bureaus In Shandong Province

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, economic and trade exchanges between China and the world closer, immigration is accompanied by growth in the number, which is bound to make the workload of Entry-exit management of Police Security Bureau has increased, but also makes Entry-exit sector is facing many new challenges. Shandong Province Public Security Bureau management as one of them, also face the same problem. In view of this, only continue to improve the quality of officer and the level of service, propose kinds of convenient measures for Chinese citizens to strengthen the immigration system, to be able to effectively protect the smooth entry and exit management. Therefore, the study of immigration from the perspective of public management is essential.This paper based on the theory of public management and public service, studying the experience and practice of foreign and developed areas, combined with the Shandong Province Public Security Bureau Exit-Entry Administration conducted a systematic study the actual work. By A careful analysis of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Bureau in the basic situation on this work, with related research data discussed appear on the management for Chinese Citizens of Police Security Bureaus in Shandong Province, the following problems are analyzed, including institutional settings, management quality, team quality and E-government level. Then the paper proposes appropriate solutions to improve the entry and exit management of the Public Security Bureaus in Shandong Province, including from institutional settings function to be accurate and effective, humane and innovative service business processes, improve the entry and exit management system and operation system, improve the quality of the staff. The above four aspects will be the important improving focus of Public Security Bureaus Exit-Entry Administration in Shandong province in future.
