G city has attracted lots of foreigners to live,travel,work,do business and investment here due to its expanding open door policies in politics,economy and culture in recent years.These foreigners come to G city with diversified purposes,complicated characters,magnified territory and scattered habitation features.Traditional and extensive management can not fulfill the more complicate foreigner people manage tasks in these years.Our Exit-Entry Administration Department is trying to explore and discover intelligent mode,which realize refined management based on big data,to promote deep integration between police work and informatization.This has important significance in modern foreigner management.This paper mainly focuses on Exit-Entry Administration foreigner management based on big data.We use literature analysis,deep interview method,elaborating management,collaborative management theory and management process reengineering theory to tease out historic evolution of foreigner management of G city,including organizational reform,mechanism improvement,legal construction and policy implement to improve refined management and flow restoration.We analyzed current application scenarios based on big data in foreigner management area and concluded following weaknesses on daily works: poor infrastructure,insufficient information share,ineffective cooperative control and lack of compound talent.We come up with several suggestions to improve management skills and levels in G city foreigner management,in order to build up an effective management system and maintain harmonious society,which include: increase infrastructure investment,build up a unified integrated information system,strengthen collaborative management,strengthen talented police system construction based on big data,cultivate compound talents and datadriven business process restruction... |
