| With the development of economy and science and technology,countries are exchanging with each other,opening up and integrating.With China’s reform and opening up entering the deep water zone,"One Belt And One Road" is being carried out in an orderly and rapid way.However,China’s nationality management policies are different from those of many countries,and the issue of nationality conflicts is also increasing.Domestic experts hold two opposite views on China’s citizenship management policy.One holds that the single nationality policy is more suitable for China’s current national conditions.But no matter what kind of attitude,we are faced with the reality of specific operation level problem.This paper focuses on the specific analysis of the historical roots of dual nationality at the level of immigration management.Through the work practice of entry and exit management in T city and a large number of cases,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems in the management of dual nationality for children and adults and the reasons for the increase of such phenomena,analyzes the difficulties faced by the management of dual nationality,compares and analyzes the nationality management policies of major countries in the world,and puts forward policy Suggestions to improve the nationality management.In the discussion about whether or not adopted a policy of "dual nationality",we take the entry and exit management as the breakthrough point,the nationality policy of our country and the entry and exit management improvement opinions,hope this article can provide is going through the same dilemmas of exit and entry administration authority the lowly insights,and the disposal of dual nationality problems cause enough attention.The study of this paper is helpful to improve the level of nationality management and solve the dual nationality phenomenon effectively. |
