Research On The Public Cultural Service System Of Leting

The construction of public cultural service system is an important way to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.This paper makes a research on the construction of public cultural service system in Leting county,it's not only good for proper handling the contradiction between the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and the corresponding lack of cultural supply in the course of social development,but also can provide valuable experience for the construction of public cultural service for the vast county.At present,the construction of public cultural service system in Leting has made great achievements,but there are still problems,such as the cultural resources configuration is imbalance,the inadequate supply of public cultural services,the existing infrastructure of cultural service has low utilization,the cultural services lack professional talents and the intangible cultural heritage is difficult to inherit etc.Based on the above problems,analyzing the causes are the areal economic,social and cultural bases are different,the construction of public cultural service system has limited use of resources,the grass-roots government plays a limited role in the construction of public cultural service system etc.Further suggestions for improvement are made,they are encouraging social forces to participate in various ways in the construction of public cultural service system,and changing the single government mode,improving the use efficiency of the existing resources to further increase the government's purchase of services,enriching and perfecting the recruitment and promotion system to do a good job for the construction of the talent team,guiding the masses to participate in the construction of public cultural service system to full play the strength of the people,introducing the scientific and effective evaluation mechanism to improve the quality of public cultural service.This paper uses the literature research method to completely collect and sort out the literature related to the topic which provide theoretical support and scientific research ideas for the study.it's using experiential summary method,selecting several public cultural service systems in Leting,such as Daxianggezhuang town,Guhe town and Jianggezhuang town to make case study.This paper is on the basis of relevant theories,combining practice and exploration and summarizing the experience of construction of public cultural service system.Using the method of investigation and research to make a study for the selected examples can provide a reliable basis for the paper.
