Performance Evaluation Of Public Cultural Service Expenditure In Nine City Fujian Province

With the improvement of the economic level,the state and governments at all levels are paying more and more attention to the development of public culture.The funding scale of public cultural service expenditures at all levels of government has been increasing year by year.The public cultural service products provided are quantitative and qualitative.has seen an increase.However,local public cultural services also exposed some problems.This article selects nine cities in Fujian province as the research object and makes corresponding performance appraisal of the public cultural service expenditures in different cities.Performance evaluation of public cultural service expenditures in Nine City,Fujian Province.First of all,on the basis of other people’s research,the original evaluation index system was integrated,and the original index system was appropriately deleted and increased according to the actual situation in Fujian Province,making the index system more scientific and comprehensive.Secondly,this dissertation uses the data from 2011-2016 in Nine,Fujian province to select the AHP and the three-phase DEA method to evaluate the performance of nine cities in Fujian province.The relevant experts first scored and used the analytic hierarchy process to weight the indicators at all levels.Then use three-phase DEA to evaluate the performance of the processed data.The efficiency of Xiamen and Fuzhou was higher.Finally,according to the results and put forward corresponding policies and recommendations.The main innovative achievements of this article are that,based on the integration of the original index system,some general indicators were selected,and some indicators were added according to the specific conditions of the nine cities in Fujian Province,thus making the indicator system more comprehensive.The combination of AHP and three-phase DEA can simplify the measurement process on the one hand,and can eliminate the impact of environmental variables and random errors on the other hand,and make the performance evaluation results more realistic.
