Research On Anhui Province People Mobilization Committee From 1938 To 1942

Since 1937,with the accelerating pace of the Japanese aggression,the people of all walks of life in China have resisted Japan's call for resistance.In this context,the new Gui-dynasty that dominates the administration of Anhui Province relies on all kinds of resources and different tactics to successively hire more talents to promote the establishment of the People's Mobilization Committee in Anhui Province.Due to the active participation of many CPC members in their institutions and the war of resistance against Japan entering the phase of stalemate,both the Jiang and Gui sides tried their best to strengthen the authority of the government and promoted the anti-establishment program.On the other hand,due to the limitation of the special historical environment,the important achievements of the PICC inability to denigrate the War of Resistance against Japan were still unable to get rid of the fate of being monopolized by local power groups,but not enough to provide a feasible path for adjusting the contradictions between officials and civilians.The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the background of the establishment of the Provincial Executive Committee.It is divided into three sections.It mainly explains the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China from the aspects of the full-scale resistance of the Chinese nation,the mainstay of the new Guangxi and the role of the Chinese Communist Party and democrats.The reason will be established.Chapter II The organizational structure of the Provincial Executive Committee.This chapter is divided into four sections.It mainly introduces the organization and working groups of the provincial,municipal,and county-level moving committees,the anti-enemy associations of various industries,and the establishment of the Taonan office and other major functions.The third chapter,the content of the Provincial Executive Committee,consists of four sections.It mainly introduces the four major tasks of the committee,namely,logistics,propaganda and intelligence and women's work.The reorganization of the Fourth Provincial Executive Committee is mainly focused on the reorganization of the New Guangxi Committee and the status of the reorganization committee.The fifth chapter is on the overall evaluation of the achievements of the Provincial Executive Committee,at the same time from the perspective of cadre training analysis of the reasons for the failure of the reorganization of the motion committee.
