Chinese as a foreign language is a field that requires a large number of volunteer teachers to be sent overseas for teaching.Currently,the majority of Chinese volunteer teachers who are sent overseas are mostly graduates or students who are currently studying.The teaching experience of such groups is generally inadequate.Hanban has conducted a series of more systematic and comprehensive pre-service trainings and post-training trainings under construction,and there are also some related researches in pre-service training.Both pre-job training and job training,teachers play an important role in the development process,and indispensable.This article focuses on another important stage of Chinese teacher volunteer training-training in post training,focusing on South Korea,the birthplace of the post-training in the post and its implementation,tracing the total number of posts held since 2012 to 2017 The form and content of the training were investigated.The volunteer teachers who participated in the training in 2017 in Korea were surveyed to investigate the training needs and satisfaction of the trained volunteer teachers.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,this paper gives some suggestions such as language pertinence,types of training courses and finishing of later data.We hope that the training of volunteers in Korean-Chinese speaking teachers will be lasted for a long time and we will conduct a survey on the training of the sixth post in 2017.On the basis of the above two points,we will hold more efficient training for the next term to enhance teacher satisfaction Provide some advice.To help teachers of teachers for the development of volunteers.The first chapter of the thesis is an introduction,including the origin of the research,the significance of the topic and the literature review.Among them,the literature review part combines the relevant literature,combing and integrating the researches on teacher training in Confucius Institutes,and classifying and sorting the research status of pre-service training and post-training.The second chapter is a survey of the basic situation of the training of volunteers in Korean-Chinese teachers.At first,the concept of training in post is explained,and the concept and mode are put forward.After that,the scope of the study was to identify post trainings in South Korea,and to tell about the history of training in a total of six post training courses from 2012 to 2017 in South Korea.The implementation status of the sixth post-training in 2017 is mainly introduced.The implementation flow and the content of the three-post training are described in three sections.The third chapter is the core chapter of the thesis.Through the form of questionnaire,we conducted two surveys before and after the post for the teachers who participated in the post-teacher training of teachers of Korean and Chinese in 2017.Through data analysis,The current status of training is not optimistic conclusion,many schools or Confucius Institutes do not yet have the concept of independent training,seldom use decentralized,time-consuming training.After analyzing the results of two questionnaires before and after training,the article found that the problems most urgently needed to be solved by volunteers mainly focused on the students,followed by their own.Students on the issue,CPIK teachers are not actively open and students do not cooperate with teachers;Confucius Institute teachers are mainly not positive openings and speech errors difficult to correct.On the basis of the third chapter,the fourth chapter summarizes the enlightenment brought by the data analysis of the questionnaire and the teachers' more comments on the questionnaire and interviews,and gives the suggestions of independent training and intensive training mainly including Language pertinence,training course type,data collation and other related suggestions.
