| The study aims to analyze the effect of daily Naikan therapy on Employee Workplace Well-being,so as to reveal the mechanism of action of daily Naikan therapy on Employee Workplace Well-being and construct a dynamic experiencingmodel of daily Naikan therapy for the Employee Workplace Well-being.Fifteen college employees attended the intervention of daily Naikan therapy."Workplace Well-being scale"were used to evaluate the status of the experimental group before and after the intervention.In-depth interview and individual object analysis were used to collect the original data of the participant of daily Naikan therapy.The coding idea based on grounded theory was used in the data analysis in order to construct a pre-therapy model,under-therapy model,after therapy model and dynamic experience model for daily Naikan therapy of Workplace Well-being.The results showed that:(1)The intervention study has achieved great success in improving the Employee Workplace Well-being.(2)Qualitative Research find that Naikan therapy can effectivly improving the Employee Workplace Well-being,and we can construct a model of the intervention. |
