On The Forms And Cultural Connotations Of Taihu Stone In Chinese Paintings

Stone is the most prosaic,but closely related to people’s lives,the Chinese people have a unique liking for stones.Thousands of years of Chinese history and culture,gradually established the ornamental stone culture,Chinese stone culture has a long history,the accumulation and the formation of the rich connotation of stone culture.In Chinese stone culture originated from the Shang and Zhou,that originated in the pre Qin period,entered a period of development in Wei and Jin Dynasties,Sui and Tang Dynasties,flourished in Song Dynasty,Ming and Qing Dynasties two mature,gradually perfect,modern and contemporary in decline,gradually revived.China landscape painting and stone culture are closely linked,the stone became a part of Chinese traditional culture.Because each dynasty stone charm is different,the different aesthetic orientation also provides endless inspiration and themes for Chinese painting art.Based on the large number of historical documents,records,and physical reality painting research combing,from a combination of gardens,painting,philosophical and cultural perspective of the combination,summarizes the different forms of the status of Taihu stone in the Chinese cultural life in Taihu and China in stone,Taihu stone contains summarized in the humanities and the cultural taste.At the same time,through the comparative analysis of the relevant paintings and art works,and combined with their own artistic creation practice of Taihu stone,this paper sums up the forms and cultural connotations of Taihu stone art creation in China.
