"Xi Jinping:The Governance of China" is an important political work in China.It was published in 2014 and contains the total number of general secretary Xi Jinping’s meetings in major conferences,meetings with other leaders,or New Year’s messages between 2012 and2014.79 articles.Including speeches,,talks,questions and answers,and approvals,a total of18 topics are included.The book proposes many new ideas,new theories and new conclusions,and answers in detail the important theories and practical problems encountered by the party and the country in this new development period.As the bridgehead of the “One Belt and One Road”,"Xi Jinping:The Governance of China" the release of the Kazakh version not only ensures that the minority cadres and the masses understand the principles of the country’s major policies in a timely manner,but also encourages the cadres and the masses of ethnic minorities to maintain their heights in thinking and action with the Party Central Committee.The unanimous,but also conducive to the construction of a well to do society in the region and the continuous economic prosperity and development.Through reading the original text and the translated text,it can be found that the work is rich in content and long in length.Therefore,this paper uses the most representative characteristic terms in the book "Xi Jinping:The Governance of China" as the research object,including political terms,idioms,sayings,quoted ancient poetry,etc.Conduct research,combine translation methods and principles of characteristic terms,summarize the methods and techniques for the translation of distinctive terms,analyze and expound the problems in the Kazakhstan translation,and propose corresponding countermeasures,in the hope that the translation of political documents must be accurate and normative.Seek more effective translation and improve the quality of translation of political documents.In addition to the conclusions of the preface,this paper is divided into five chapters.The preface part mainly elaborates on research significance and value,research status and dynamics,research methods and paths,and innovations.It summarizes the research results of scholars on "Xi Jinping:The Governance of China",political literature,and characteristic terms.Later writing provides a reference.The text part can be divided into three parts:The first part is the first chapter,which introduces the definition,characteristics,and the original and translated versions of political literature,distinctive terms.The second part is the second chapter to the fourth chapter,which is the key part of this article.First of all,it analyzes and classifies the translation examples of the characteristic terms in Xi Jinping’s Theory of State Administration.According to the principle of translation of specific terms,it specifically analyzes the translation methods and techniques for each type of characteristic terms,and then summarizes the book "Xi Jinping:The Governance of China".The problems arising from the translation of featured terms,and the incentives they generate.The third part is Chapter V.Through the specific analysis of the examples of translation of characteristic terms in the first three chapters,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the existing problems.The fourth part is the conclusion part,sort out the above content,summarize the viewpoints and ideas of the full text,as well as the gains and regrets in the writing process.
