A Translation Practice Report Of 2015 Real Estate System Work Report Of Shuangyashan

This task is to translate the main part of Shuangyashan's 2015 Real Estate System Work Report which is an important document issued by the Shuangyashan's Real Estate Administration.It mainly involves the management and development of Shuangyashan's real estate industry,which is closely related to the local people.It is the joint efforts of all staffs of Shuangyashan's Real Estate System under the leadership of the Shuangyashan municipal government.The report publicizes the development of Shuangyashan's Real Estate Administration to enhance economic exchanges and attract foreign investors.Government work reports belong to the political text,and the translation of it has become a unique field.Through searching CNKI and other websites,the author finds that compared with theoretical researches and translation criticisms,researches on the translation practice of the municipal work report are relatively rare.This project is based on the translation practice of municipal work report in which translation theories are applied to the practice.It makes up the domestic research vacancy of English translation of the municipal government work reports.The main content of this report is divided into two parts.The first part is the review and summary of the real estate work in 2015.The second part is the plan and prospect of the work in 2016.In the early stage of translation,the author has consulted a large number of parallel texts for preparation.Under the guidance of Skopos theory,the author has applied strategies and techniques in the process of translation,and then summarized this translation practice report.
