A Report On The English To Chinese Translation Of Inhibitory Interneurons In Visual Cortical Plasticity

In the era of rapid development,EST is essential to spreading knowledge and sharing information all over the world.And it also promotes the communication of professionals from different fields.Biological English is an important part of EST.This report is the translation practice of the Inhibitory Interneurons in Visual Cortical Plasticity.Inhibitory interneuron is one of the important neurons in the cerebral cortex and plays a crucial role of plasticity during the critical period of cortex.This report is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is a brief description of its background and research value.Chapter two is related to brief introduction of the thesis.The third chapter gives a specific description to the process of translation including preparation,translation and proofreading.The fourth chapter is case analysis of lexical and syntactic aspects in translation practice,and summarizes the translation features in this field.Chapter five is the summary and suggestion of English to Chinese translation techniques in this field.Based on the Skopos theory,this report analyzes the feature of bioscience texts from the aspects of vocabulary and sentence.At the same time,it summarizes some translation skills and methods that can be used for translation biology English such as passive sentences and long sentences from the thesis.
