Purposes: To investigate the condition of junior school student’s in Shenzhen.In order try to find out how parent’s exercise behavior and mobile phone use behavior to influence on the junior school student’s mobile phone addiction,we try to find out their relationships and propose a pathways model to explain it well.Methods:We used some questionnaires to investigate the condition of parent’s and junior school student’s mobile phone addiction and the parent’s and junior school student’s exercise time as well.We investigated 1880 junior middle students.We took back,filtered and analyzed 856 questionnaires.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to investigate the prevalence of parent’s and junior school student’s mobile phone addiction,the influencing factors of junior school student’s mobile phone addiction and the relationships of parent’s exercise behavior,mobile phone use behavior and junior school student’s mobile phone addiction.Results:(1)The proportions of the mobile phone addiction of parent’s and junior school student’s are at the medium level.There is a significant differences in parents and junior school students of mobile phone addiction(t=-2.500,p<0.05).(2)Parent’s exercise time had significant positive correlation(r=0.391,p<0.01)with junior school student’s exercise time.Parent’s exercise time had significant negative correlation(r=-0.518,p<0.01)with parent’s mobile phone addiction.Parent’s exercise time had significant negative correlation with junior school student’s mobile phone addiction(r=-0.436,p<0.01).Parent’s mobile phone addiction had significant positive correlation with junior school student’s mobile phone addiction(r=0.442,p<0.01).(3)The son’s and daughter’s mobile phone addiction can be predicted by the exercise time of their father’s and mother’s,while the father’s exercise time(β=-0.468)and the mother’s exercise time(β=-0.488)can better predict their son’s mobile phone addiction.The son’s mobile phone addiction and daughter’s mobile phone addiction can be predicted by their parent’s mobile phone addiction,where father’s mobile phone addiction(β=0.475)can better predict their daughter’s mobile phone addiction and mother’s mobile phone addiction(β=0.473)can better predict their son’s mobile phone addiction.(4)The test of mediating effect(35.1%)shows that parent’s mobile phone addiction plays a mediating role in the relation between the parent’s exercise time and junior school student’s mobile phone addiction.(5)The pathways model to explain the influence of parent’s exercise behavior,mobile phone use behavior to junior school student’s mobile phone addiction.Parent’s exercise time and parent’s mobile phone addiction can directly predict the junior school student’s mobile phone addiction.Parent’s exercise time also can predict the parent’s mobile addiction directly and predict the junior school student’s mobile phone addiction indirectly.
