Because of the increasingly frequent cooperation between China and Serbia and the significant influence of “Chinese Hot”,the Serbian government has begun a project named “Studying Chinese Language at schools in the Republic of Serbia” under a strong support from the both governments.On one hand,more and more schools are starting to offer Chinese class so that more and more students choose Chinese class.On the other hand,with the booming development of Chinese classes,a series of problems in elementary Chinese classroom are gradually emerging.Most Chinese language teachers feel that it’s difficult to deal with the Chinese classroom management problems.The author took advantage of the 10 months field work in Serbia to conduct a comprehension survey about the elementary Chinese classroom management in Serbian ?jura Jak?i? school.Literature method,classroom obvervation,typical case analysis and interviewing method are put to use to complete this research.In order to figure out the reasons,the author collected a lot of typical cases about elementary Chinese classroom management problems and then performed an analysis on these cases.Specific countermeasures were put forward and practiced.Finally,several reference suggestions about elementary Chinese classroom management in Serbian high school was put forward through a combination of theoretical principle and practice.The dissertation is divided into three chapters.The first chapters is the exordium.It’s about the origin and significance of the research,the research findings at home and abroad,the main mentality and method,as well as the connotation and substance of classroom management.The second chapter is a holistic analysis of the elementary Chinese classroom management in Serbian high school.In the first place,the author analysed the characteristic of the classroom management in Serbian high school from four aspects:students,teachers,classroom environment and curricucum.In the next place,contrastive analysis between the Chinese classroom and the local basic subject classroom,the foreign language classroom,the domestic Chinese as a foreign language classroom were performed to expound the distinctiveness of the Chinese classroom.Then analyzing the positive factors and negative factors that caused this distinctiveness.The third chapter is mainly respectively analyzing the collected classroom management cases and put forward countermeasures.After the summary of these cases,the principles to handle the classroom management problems have been generalized.The fourth chapter is the tactics and the principles of the elementary Chinese classroom management in Serbian high school.The last chapter is the peroration. |
