Subhas Chandra Bose(1897-1945),is an important leader in the Indian independence movement.He devoted his life to freedom and independence of India,his activity is an organic part of the Indian independence movement.In the Indian independence movement,he opposed the compromise,advocated violence and "complete independence",insisted on the combination of inner-party struggle and foreign aid,even cooperated with German and Japanese fascism,in abroad try to form a government and army,walked out of a different from Gandhi of India's independence,which called "Subhas way" The process of formation,development and mature of“Subhas way” was in Subhas ' striving for India's independence,it played a unique effect on India's independence movement,which mainly included three important periods:From 1921 to 1929,this period is Subhas' political career in the early stage,and he is relatively moderate on the whole.In 1921,he had resolutely resigned as Indian civil servant and involved in the Indian independence movement.He followed the leaders,like Gandhi,C.R.Das,in actively participated in the boycott of the prince of Wales 's visiting India,resisted Simon mission and other activities."Completely independent" proposed amendments in 1929 and passed,Subhas had gradually grown into one of the important leaders of the Indian independence movement.Subhas took part in Gandhi's non-violent and noncooperation movements,but have some reservations,he opposed the compromise,support for India's complete independence.From 1930 to 1939,it had been a radical period and more frequent action of Subhas.As the1930 s was a time of change and turbulence,on the one hand,Subhas criticized Gandhi's nonviolent cooperation way,adhered to the struggle within the party,on the other hand,he actively lobbied European countries,for foreign aid.He was elected as chairman of the congress party twice and make unremitting efforts for India's independence.During this period,had criticized Gandhi,opposed the compromise,he lobbied between European countries,even published monograph propaganda Indian independence movement.During the congress party President,he initially describes his political ideal,but the reality of the struggle forced him into the party.After the failure of Inner-party struggle,Subhas forwarded to form a union,the radical way to continue to fight for India's independence.From 1940 to 1945,Subhas had gone to extremes of in this time.Under the background of the second world war,Subhas took extreme actions and try to harmonize them by way of cooperating with German and Japanese fascism for India's independence.Subhas combined with India's situation at home and abroad realistically to cooperate with German and Japanese fascism with good results,including the formation of radio,government,military,etc.But the German and Japanese fascism is unlikely to help Subhas to realize in the true sense of India's independence,onthe contrary,Subhas and his activities are,to a great extent,into their wars of aggression.People 's evaluation to Subhas and his activity had been a controversial.Generally,people affirmed Subhas' s patriotism but criticized his way in the majority.“Red Fort Trial” as an important event on the eve of independence in 1947,it finally shows that the congress party and the vast Indians take a positive attitude toward Subhas and his activities.With its unique effect,Subhas' activities speed up the progress of India's independence.
