Confucius institute online is developing ahead of the time.Its live classes using the remote and synchronous video and voice technology break the boundaries of time and space.However,still these live classes are not mature enough,the quality is uneven,and there are many problems must to be solved.On this basis,in order to guide and counterproductive in practice,this article assessed the live classes of Confucius institute online,statistically analyzed the evaluation results,and then gave the feedbacks and suggestions.The author firstly studies a large number of online course evaluation standards at home and abroad.Then follow the network curriculum evaluation specification as a model,combining with the characteristics in class teaching of TCSL,the author set up an assessment framework on live classes of Confucius institute online.The assessment framework is mainly divided into five dimensions included the teaching content,teaching design,interface design,teacher's quality and technical support,with 23 secondary indicators and 46 three-grade indicators.Secondly,according to the established assessment framework,the author selected the 30 live classes to inspect and evaluate,used EXCEL to statistically process the data,sort out the detailed evaluation results,and evaluate the results for the further detailed analysis.Evaluation results show that the teaching contents and teaching design dimension maintain serious problems,which must be the focus of the improvement for the future teaching.What's more,for the sake of getting a more scientific and perfect evaluation,the author carried on the reliability test and made assessment reflection.Finally,in view of the assessment,the author puts forward the corresponding feedbacks and suggestions.Most Suggestions such as "Each live class imposes one or two knowledge,pay attention to the standardization of phonetic notation,make clear goals and objectives with simple verbs,undertake a unified teacher training,design corresponding APP" etc.,has a strong feasibility.
