Online education is a new model of education which came into being under the influence of the wide use of Internet; this new education model has great life force and a bright future. It is believed that online education will become a game-changer for education industry. Hanban (Confucius Institute Headquarters) established the Confucius Institute Online, and opened Online Interactive Classroom, which is an insightful exploration for new models of online education. The Online Interactive classroom adopted the strengths of two major online education platforms and integrated them with its own features. Many achievements had been made by Online Interactive Classroom since it started to open to public in 2012, though, the problems it’s facing should also be revealed and studied. This paper is written to expose and analysis the issues concerning the teachers of Online Interactive Classroom, and hopefully finds solutions to facilitate the development of this online education platform.
