The Study On Dunhuang Taoist Scripture "Dong Yuan Shen Zhou Jing"

Heretofore,the earliest Taoist scriptures in Dunhuang,which named “Dongyuan” is Dong Yuan Shen Zhou Jing.There are 20 volumes in the Taoist Cannon of Ming dynasty,and the top 10 volumes are similar to Dunhuang edition.In addition,the two collections of Dunhuang manuscripts are belong to the vol.20 of this Taoist scripture.Article of this thesis base on analysised of the scriptures,and combined with previous studies academia,revealed the completion of the first ten volumes of writing time not later than the end of the Liang Dynasties.And then in view of the change of Lord Spirit and content of the text,after ten volumes which Lord Spirit is Yuan Shi Tian Zun were affected by the Taoist faction named Beidi appeared to Tang Dynasty.This part of text completed in the early years of the Tang Dynasty,and later than the volumes of the text which written before Tang believed Tai Shang Da Dao Jun as Lord Spirit.To Wudai-Shiguo Period,those volumes compiled for 20 volumes.The scripture inherited ancestor worship and nature worship since the pre-Qin,at the same time lead into introduction of ancient Lingbao,rituals from the early Shangqing,and the gods system,then learn Buddhist scriptures impeach ghost of similar form to construct the believe of spirits and doctrine system.Dong Yuan Shen Zhou Jing provides a sample template to Beidi Taoist faction.The scriptures of Beidi showed a trend of convergence with the Dongyuan.
