In this paper,the Chinese animated movies refers to the Chinese people use animation technology to produce the film in the entire film,the key is the Chinese team is responsible for the elements of the animation film,and Chinese people’s understanding and ideas of the content of the film is shown in works.Since 2004,from June to August each year become the domestic film protection month,as a branch of the domestic film-Chinese animated movies also benefit from it.However,the inequality between the score and the box office,the pre-publicity and the quality of the contents,the significance of the theme and the audience positioning,are currently Chinese animated movies problems to be solved.The 2016 is the first year of domestic CG animated film,the first domestic application of live-action technology to animation movies,this is not only a technological breakthrough in the country,more provides Chinese animated movies production a new idea which is of great significance in the Chinese animated movies research.In this paper,after studying a lot of relevant information,author tries to analyze the narrative elements and narrative structure of Chinese-made animated films,that is,starting from the audience’s needs,we grasp the narrative characteristics of Chinese animated movies by using the Chinese-made animated films as the research object and combined with pedagogy,narratology and communication theories.In this paper,through the comparison and careful analysis of his country’s outstanding animation film and the narrative way of early Chinese excellent animation film,author draw conclusions and put forward present narrative guidance recommendations on Chinese animated movies.The first chapter is the theoretical overview,mainly introduces the theory of pedagogy,film narratology and narratology.In recent years,the proportion of Chinese animated movies has been not low,and the past two years,the number of high-quality domestic animation movies is very small,generally with poor reputation;the author found producers of animated films make the audience position vague in the study of Chinese animated movies hoping that through the introduction of other disciplines theory,so that the producers clear the age boundaries of the animation film made for children watching and grasp unique narrative ways of the movies and get overall understanding of effective narrative methods.The second chapter makes a clear definition of the concept of Chinese animated movies by combing the concept of movies,animated films and homemade movies so that the objects of analysis can be clearly defined and selected thoroughly in the later period.In this chapter,the development of domestically produced animated films and the development of domestic animated films in recent years are discussed.In 1941,there have been the first Chinese animated movie,this paper attempts to summarize development process of domestic animation based on the production number of the film.The third chapter is the main part of the paper,author analyzes narrative elements of Chinese animated movies from four aspects.The first is the narrative plot which should be clear firstly in the movie narration study to help the next section to understand the change of characters in Narrative,author consider narrative plot of Chinese animated movies in recent years from the discovery and the opposite two aspects.Secondly,there will be a narrator in the movie or outside the film.In the narrative of the film,the narrator usually take advantage of the characters in the movie to express own ideas,the character is the action element in the development of the event,hoping to analyze the narrative characters to master the source of the inspiration of the film characters,the film’s narrative perspective and the character relationship.Then author makes the classification of the narrative time,focusing on understanding narrative time distance of the Chinese animated movies and explores different role of narrative time.Finally,the narrative space is introduced which is analyzed from three aspects: the natural phenomenon,the social background and the material product in the animated film,to find the role of narrative space in the movie.The fourth chapter analyzes the narrative structure of Chinese animated movies in the light of the the analysis of concrete facts in third chapter and narrating structure conspectus from two points of view,one is the montage structure,the other is the combination structure.Author observes the different narrative methods applicated in the Chinese animated movies,and sums up plot combination model of our outstanding Chinese animated movies for China’s animation film production practice to offer the formula for reference.The fifth chapter author divides Chinese animated movies into the development period,the exploration period and the high yield period according to the development situation of the Chinese animated movies,and sums up the characteristic of domestic animation films in different periods according to the analysis of the narrative elements and the narrative structure in third chapter and fourth chapter.Compared the narrative elements and the narrative structure of the excellent animated films in the same period abroad,author analyzes the problems and achievements of the Chinese animated movies in narrative elements and narrative structure.The sixth chapter,based on the above chapters,summarizes the problems in the narrative structure and narrative elements of the domestic animated films,and sums up the problems in elements and structure of the Chinese animated movies combined with the analysis of the audience reviews in the study.Then author gives some solutions which are based on the reference book and some method summarized from domestic and international best animated film to avoid weaknesses and explore the successful direction of development for Chinese animated movies so that provide producers an effective program to improve competitiveness.In summary,the elements and structure of the Chinese animated movies narrative elements is the main elements of this article,but the purpose is to offer the reference to improve the reputation and international competitiveness of Chinese animated movies,which is the value of this article. |
