Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the most common mental and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents.If you do not treat children with ADHD in time,they will interfere with their studies,work and social life Have a wide range of negative effects.However,because ADHD is a clinical mental illness,even in the clinical diagnosis must also be more than two children's psychiatry in the neurological examination and other aspects of the examination to conclude.So the study of the object is the ADHD tend to(at the risk of ADHD)children.This study was designed to participate in ADHD-oriented children's participatory observation and to conduct long-term group counseling training studies to summarize ADHD's tendency to live in schools and to develop a systematic training program for children with ADHD Way,and the effectiveness of the program to verify the program.In this study,we study the ADHD children who are selected and volunteered to participate in the third grade and fourth grade of Kunming primary school.The observation method,the interview method and the action research method are the main research methods.(2 months),B stage of the training phase(9 months),A?stage for the duration of counseling after the continuous change(2 months later).On the basis of ABA design,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the study on the present situation and characteristics of children with ADHD in the third and fourth grade of primary school in Kunming.The Conner's' questionnaire was used as the auxiliary tool,and the students of the third and fourth grade of a public elementary school were screened by the Conner's' Parent Questionnaire,the Conner's Teacher Questionnaire and the SNAP-IV Scale as the measurement tool.At the same time,2 weeks of participatory observation,and the status quo of the study to describe the summary,to explore the characteristics of children with ADHD tendencies.The second part of the study mainly for the preparation of counseling training program set,by reviewing the literature,as well as the researchers themselves ADHD children and ADHD tend children counseling experience to the game art treatment,cognitive behavior therapy based on the formation of ADHD training Tend to develop a library of children's counseling and training activities and systematically prepare them as a group of nine-month group counseling program.The third part is the preliminary study on the effect verification of the counseling program.Through the evaluation of the process effect and the effect evaluation of the counseling program,the quantitative and qualitative statisticalform is used to carry out the effect of the nine-month counseling training Preliminary assessment.The results are as follows:1,Based on the treatment of game art and cognitive behavior therapy,combined with a variety of treatment methods of group counseling training ADHD tend to children's attention has been significantly improved,indirectly improve the ADHD tend to children with other hyperactivity symptoms.2,In the counseling training process,to ensure the fun of counseling and training activities and long-term persistence can continue to maintain the enthusiasm of children to participate in counseling training,indirectly improve the effect of counseling training.3,Schools,parents,counselors and the three parties to specify a unified norms and joint efforts to help children involved in the study of life in the formation of structured normative behavior,for the maintenance of the results of the maintenance,consolidation and improvement can not be ignored.4,After counseling training children in the attention deficit,hyperactivity impulse and hyperactivity index on the obvious improvement.
