Chinese teaching is growing vigorously.One-to-one tutoring came into being and developed in the environment.One-to-one tutoring of Wisconsin Madison campus of Tianjin normal university summer Chinese projects has important influence ,but the author found that the concrete practice of One-to-one tutoring is very few,because of this,the author decided to research and study it.This paper regards Wisconsin Madison campus of Tianjin normal university summe r Chinese projects as the object of the research.And introduces it.The thesis adopted questionnaire method ,aiming to analyze the advantages and disadvantages.Then tentat ively made some suggestions for improvement according to the practical experience of the author in the Wisconsin Madison campus of Tianjin normal university summer chinese projects.The author hope this research paper can provide reference for future Chinese teacher practice and reference.This paper mainly divided into five parts :The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the purpose of this article, research status, research methods and .project one-to-one teaching the current situation of the basic situation. This part mainly introduces the Chinese summer course of Wisconsin University,its theoretical basis and the basic situation of one-on-one counseling teaching.The second part is a one - to - one counseling teaching questionnaire survey and analysis.First introduced the questionnaire design process and the University of Wisconsin student' s statistics. According to the data review, from five aspects of the data were analyzed.Summed up the University of Wisconsin Chinese summer project may exist in a series of problems.The third part is the advantages and disadvantages of one-on-one counseling. The author based on the conclusion of the second part of the questionnaire and its experience. Summed up the benefits and disadvantages of one-on-one counseling.The fourth part is a one-on-one counseling teaching and management of the relevant recommendations. The author puts forward some suggestions on teaching management,teaching content, teacher management and teacher - student relationship through summing up the third chapter and combining with his practical experience.The fifth part is the conclusion of this article. Summarize the main points of this article.This article hopes to provide some reference for the development of one - to - one counseling teaching.
