As a vast repository, the network not only provides users with a rich resources,at the same time, but also brings users certain problem that how the users select the appropriate network resources quickly and efficiently, and apply network resources in the different teaching of listening class, speaking courses and reading class. According to this problem, the article collects181websites for Teaching Chinese as the Foreign Language and carries on the classification, to expect to solve this problem.According to different criteria, the article divides181websites for Teaching Chinese as into five categories and ten subcategories, namely portal class, interactive class, integrated class, special class, resources type, course type, single-language class, multi-lingual class and fees class, free class. By sorting, the article summarizes that the network resource has its own advantage of convenience, richness, crossing time and space, as well as interactivity, and many other advantages embodied in the application, such as providing a wealth of resources for preparing lessons, providing exchange platform, helping instructors solve teaching problems; providing a wealth of learning resources for learners, provide authentic language environment for learns; enriching teaching of foreign language classroom to promote to learn and entertain and so on. Meanwhile, with the specific foreign language teaching website,the article describes how to apply the network resources in a different foreign language teaching lessons of listening, speaking and reading lessons, so that the findings are more practical.In addition, this paper sums up the problems, such as the lack of comprehension, richness, HSK training services, multimedia application and the slow of the network resources updating speed, and puts forward the corresponding strategies, such as the website content should be as comprehensive as possible and cover a wide range to suit the different needs of site users and solve the problem of the lack of comprehension and richness; the website should reinforce the importance of HSK and improve training services; the website should improve the speed of updating the network resources to ensure its authority; the website should integrate the use of multimedia to reflect the advantage of the network resources.
