The Analysis To Female Philosophy Of Existentialism In Ibesn’s Dramas

Henrik Ibsen pays particular attention to the female problem,in his dramas there are many female images who have different character and fascinating charm.this text will use existentialism and existential feminism to study these female images,analyze their lower position in the patriarchal society and the reason of the position.their identity dilemma when they play different roles in their lives and the pursue and lost of their self-awareness.In this text,except the introduction and the conclusion,it has three parts.the introduction includes brief summary of Ibsen’s dramas and the research status of the female images,and briefly explain of existentialism and existential feminism.The first character analyze the Other situation of women and the essence of it,explain the reason of the situation from the external and internal point of view.the second character introduce the identity dilemma in the women’s real lives,analyze the difficulties which women have to face when they play different roles,such as wives and mothers in a marriage,the lover in a love relationship,and the worker who make a living in the society.the third chapter analyze the two kinds of women and their fates,make a conclusion that female who want to get a free life must have a clear self-awareness,and awake it,then make a successful implementation beyond themselves.the last part of the text summarize the whole paper and illuminate the enlightenment in the femalein Ibsen’s dramas to the women at the present times,and the necessary qualities of women’s free-standing self-improvement.
