Translation Report On The Third-party Doctrine And The Third Person(Excerpt)

With the acceleration of the global economic integration process,the reform and exchange of national legal systems has become more and more important.In China,legal translation is having more significate influence on the development of international trade and domestic enterprises,and the large number of legal documents,instruments,contracts and litigation translation of trade,technology transfer,intellectual property rights and other aspects has multiplied.This translation report of the legal English literature is my analysis and summary of the first three chapters of The Third-Party Doctrine and the Third Person with about 14,000 translated words.Based on the two years of graduate study,I first established the translation project under the guidance of skopos theory,and regarded the legal translation as the center of translation report.After the access to a large number of relevant legal documents I began to develop the translation program,and introduce the translation process and translation difficult according to the skopos theory.Then I combined with examples to analyze the translation process used in the specific translation skills and problems encountered.Finally,I summarized the full text and put forward the prospect of the future to hope to provide some help to the later people's legal translation.
