On the Relationship between Price and Financial Stability-An Empirical Study of Chinese Data from 2002 to 2015 is an academic paper written by one of the translator's friends who is studying for a doctor's degree in Fudan University.The original writer has commissioned the translator to translate the paper with faithfulness,coherence,smoothness to make it probably published for some international academic conferences.This thesis is a translation report based on the C-E Translation of the paper On the Relationship between Price and Financial Stability-An Empirical Study of Chinese Data from 2002 to 2015.In this thesis the translation guided with the translation theory by Alexander Fraser Tytler has been elaborated,aiming to give a description of the translation background,features of original text,translation purposes and functions,translation methods,and the case analysis in details.This thesis mainly focuses on the description of translation tasks and the analysis of translation cases.What's more,the difficulties encountered and the different translation strategies and techniques employed in the process of the translation practice have been described,and at the same time,discussion about the right quality to be a professional translator has been conducted.To be more exactly,the translator plans to explain how to realize the translation purposes and functions using such translation methods as conversion of part of speech,division and combination,omission and amplification under the guidance of the guiding theory written by Alexander Fraser Tytler.Generally,this paper summarizes the translator's translation experience and the subsequent thoughts about the translation difficulties and the relevant tactics and the qualities to be a professional translator,hoping for certain significance for the future study and work.
