Research On Buddhism Of Ming Dynasties In Shanxi Jincheng Area

Jincheng area in southeastern Shanxi is one of the most important cities in the development of Buddhism in Shanxi Province.It is rich in Buddhist monasteries,murals and pagodas.In this paper,the Jincheng area of the Ming Dynasty Buddhism development situation as a research perspective,aimed at the development of regional Buddhism and the status quo to do a preliminary study.First of all,this paper discusses the historical background of the development of Buddhism in Jincheng area in Ming Dynasty,and discusses t he basic situation of Buddhism development in Jincheng area in Ming Dynasty.Secondly,this paper studies the development of the monastery economy in the Ming dynasty in Jincheng area,and starts from the aspect of the monastery economy to study the development of the whole Buddhism and ensure the unity of the paper in the point,the whole and the part.Again,the paper also puts Buddhism in the whole background of society,using archaeological,inscriptions and other historical records,taking into account the social impact it brings to the whole society.This paper demonstrates the overall situation of Buddhism in the Jincheng area through the five aspects of the existence of Buddhist temples in Jincheng area,the development of Buddhism in different strata,the economic development of the Ming Dynasty monastery,and the new characteristics of the development of Buddhism in the Ming Dynasty.The first part of this paper discusses the distribution of monasteries and the monks in Jincheng area,analyzes the distribution characteristics and causes through the distribution of monasteries in various counties and counties,The second part of this article combs the basic situation of the development of local Buddhism in Ming Dynasty by discussing the activities of the monks,the literati,the feudal king and the people in the Jincheng area in the Ming Dynasty.The third part demonstrates the development of the monastery economy in the Ming dynasty in Jincheng area,and starts from the aspects of the monastic resources and the property dispute.In the last part of this paper,the author discusses the integration of Buddhism and Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism,and finds out the characteristics of Buddhism development in Jincheng area.The development of folk beliefs can not be separated from Buddhism rigorous,systematic ideological and theoretical guidance,and Buddhism has been able to spread in the folk can not do without the influence and help of folk beliefs.
