Du Shu Za Zhi is one of the representative work which was written by Wang Niansun, who isan excellent Textual Criticism master in Qing Dynasty. It is a collection of reading notes, which isabout the works of ancient philosophers, the history books and some of the literary collection. It has a great achievement both in collation and exegesis. And it also embodies the the highestacademic level of Qianjia school by recording the important achievements during his later life. As a significant part of Du Shu Za Zhi, Han Shu Za Zhi composed of a total sixteen chapters includingmore than one thousand entries, and studies every detail on Han Shu. It not only has an importantmeaning for the development on the study of Han Shu, but also promotes the growth of collationand exegesis.This thesis will try to discuss the achievements of Han Shu Za Zhi, by outlining life profilesand writings of Wang Niansun, organizing and summarizing the editions, time of completion,the original text, the methods, the achievements and the deficiencies of Han Shu Za Zhi, and alsotrying to explain some entries in the hope of offering some help in the revision of Han Shu.
