80s staff gradually grow into the mainstream of enterprise employees,especially in high-tech enterprises. 80s staff's unique personality characteristics and growth background make traditional management style less effective.Stubbornly high resignation, job-hopping and other negative behavior is the best proof.In this context, the psychological empowerment as a new business management techniques is arousing attention. By enhancing the level of 80s staffs psychological empowerment, we can give full play to the skills of 80s staff ,improve their motivation and autonomy,stimulate the vitality of their work.and make80s staff to work with full enthusiasm to meet the challenges. So as to produce a positive impact on their actual work behavior and performance,enhance the performance of the whole team and the organization,and promote the healthy development of enterprises.The author chooses Beijing,Tianjin,Guangzhou,Shijiazhuang,Harbin,Wuhan,sixteen cities of 80s staffs as participations through the questionnaire survey method,empowerment,positive emotion and work engagement into the investigation research.Use the analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis to examine empowerment,positive emotion and work engagement into different demographic variable differences.Analyzes the 80s staff empowerment,positive emotion and work engagement into relationship,and explore the mediating role if positive emotion between empowerment and work engagement.Hope this research data,and the objective description and analysis,we can provide for related field solution of problems and the practical reference. The results show:(1)80s high-tech enterprises staff's empowerment at present in medium is on the high side level,and positive emotion in medium is on the high side level,work involvement in high level in medium.(2)80s high-tech enterprises staff's empowerment,positive emotion and work engagement exist part of demography variable of the differences.(3)80s high-tech enterprises staff's empowerment and positive emotion is positively correlation.(4)80s high-tech enterprises staff's empowerment and work engagement is positively correlation.(5)80s high-tech enterprises staff's positive emotion and work engagement is positively correlation.(6)Positive emotion plays a part intermediary function role between empowerment and work engagement.Finally, according to the results of this study, not only enrich the empowerment theory and puts forward practical constructive opinions in professional career planning of 80s staff and improvement of positive emotion and engagement, and the problems existing in the research and development direction of future research are discussed.
