Astudy On The Supply-side Reform Of Promoting The Efficiency Of Investment And Financing Of Cultural Industry In Henan Province

Today's society,China's manufacturing industry,mining and other secondary industries overcapacity,growth is weak under the new normal,the cultural industry,the new sunrise industry is becoming the engine of national economic growth.Henan Province is located in the Central Plains,is one of the main birthplace of Chinese civilization,cultural accumulation of deep,distinctive,rich in resources,the development of cultural industries have obvious advantages,great potential and space.Since the reform and opening up,the province's cultural industry has developed rapidly,but on the whole,with the economic province,large population and cultural resources,the status of the province is not commensurate with the coastal areas of advanced cultural industries have a clear gap between the rapid development The Therefore,on the basis of the empirical analysis on the efficiency of investment and financing of cultural industry in Henan Province,the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the reform of cultural industry in Henan province,which is helpful to the further development of cultural industry in Henan province.In order to promote the development of cultural industry in Henan Province,Henan Province,to increase the contribution of GDP,better meet the increasingly strong cultural products in Henan Province needs.Based on the theory of industrial cluster theory,industrial association theory,financing efficiency theory(MM theory)and industrial finance theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between the theory of industrial cluster theory,literature analysis method,statistical analysis method and data envelopment analysis(CCR)Henan Province,the cultural industry investment and financing efficiency of the empirical analysis and analysis.This paper analyzes the efficiency of investment and financing of cultural industry in Henan province from the three aspects of investment and financing policy,investment and financing scale,investment and financing efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of cultural industry in Henan Province.The factors that affect the efficiency of investment and financing mainly include: the lack of supply of cultural industry system,the lack of capital supply,the supply of cultural enterprises less than three major factors,combined with the cultural industry in Henan Province,the impact of low efficiency of investment and financing factors,The angle of the government supply,the supply of financial institutions and the supply of their own three aspects of the lack of appropriate policy recommendations.The innovation of this paper is based on the use of the CCR measurement model to select the province of Henan Province,including the province directly under the town of 28 cities and counties of the data,the cultural industry in Henan Province,the low efficiency of investment and financing from the technical efficiency,Pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the three efficiency values of the empirical analysis,the analysis of both data support and technical support,the conclusions are more credible.On the other hand,the conception of this article is relatively new,followed by the new policy of the state-supply side reform.However,the shortcomings of this paper is that in the empirical analysis due to the number of collection,the data used is not new.
