Research On Shanxi Cultural Industry From The Perspective Of Supply-side Structural Reform

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)reported that it is necessary to meet the new expectations of the people for a better life by providing rich spiritual food,improving the modern system of cultural industries and markets,innovating production and management mechanisms,improving cultural and economic policies and fostering a new type of cultural industry.Shanxi province attaches great importance to cultural construction and makes great efforts to transform the advantages of cultural resources into advantages of development and competitive advantages.Shanxi is in the period of development,economic transformation and cultural innovation.There are still many problems in the development of Shanxi cultural industries.It is necessary to achieve the structural reform of the supply side of cultural industries to achieve the transformation and development,seek the transformation and revitalize the rise.After defining the definition and object of the cultural industry,this paper analyzes the development status of the cultural industry in Shanxi by reviewing the process of the cultural system reform with a large number of data.At present,the importance of the cultural industry is very high,and the development scale and quality of the main body of the cultural market isincreasing rapidly.The industrial structure needs to be upgraded,the low end product inventory is large,the middle and high end innovation ability is insufficient,it is the problem that faces in the reform process.Since the reform and opening up,China’s supply-side structural reform,mainly from the factors and the production side,the article selected these two aspects as the starting point,in the course of the development of Shanxi cultural industries,put forward the measures to carry out the supply-side structural reform.
