Research On Digital Construction Of Public Cultural Service

Since the arrival of the Internet and large data,the rapid development of network information technology continues to change each day and with it people's productivity and lifestyles,due largely to the popularity of digital networking.Traditional public cultural amenities and services have been unable to meet the people's needs in the digital age,and so digital libraries and museums continue to emerge.Digital cultural museums are an indispensable part of the digitalization of public cultural services,the innovation of public cultural service systems and an important carrier for the equalization of public cultural services against the background of rapid digital development.Traditional cultural museums are integrating mass information through the use of digital and network technology to provide sharing of digital resources,and achieve the support of the multi-channel cultural services,resulting in the 'last mile'effect for public cultural services.This paper mainly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the digital construction of these public cultural services from the perspective of the new public cultural services,analyzing the difficulties and causes of the construction of Beihai Mass Art Museum and Digital Cultural Museum,and summarize the common characteristics of the digital development of public cultural services in the developing areas represented by Beihai City.All this through learning from advanced and experienced development models from domestic and foreign public cultural services,especially the experiences of network platforms and physical space construction.This paper analyzes the mechanism,characteristics and restrictive factors of the digital development of public cultural services,summarizing the practical experience and aiming to complete the concept of digital construction of the public service in Beihai.Through innovative ways of resource integration,strengthening of the standardization of the digital cultural museum,and creating new ways of cultural museum services through the promotion of basic public cultural services.From policy through to technology,capital,management and team building,continuously exploring the effective ways of constructing public cultural services.
