Research On Modeling And Image Design Of Nixing Pottery Daily Product

The nixing pottery of Qinzhou Guangxi is the protection products of the national geographical indications.Its raw materials are from both sides of qin river and with traditional craft manufacture,which gives the pottery unique material characteristics and local characteristics.In recent years,as the country’s emphasis on the Nixing pottery industry development degree increasing,the Nixing pottery industry and product research to explore also have a great progress in many aspects.But most of the research content focused on the history,culture and the artistic characteristics of Nixing pottery,while the research data from the perspective of industrial design of the design of Nixing pottery products is very limited.This article starts from the industrial design and Nixing pottery daily-use products,uses the method of combining the modelling aesthetic design and the product image design,changes the existing condition of the Nixing pottery daily-used products.Firstly,through the division of product type for daily use,this article distinguishes the Nixing pottery material type applicable to the daily-used products.The Nixing pottery materials in the application of product function is suitable for cooking class products for daily use,the application in product appearance is suitable for the daily household products.Secondly,the research of Nixing pottery daily product modeling design mainly studied from four aspects:(1)to understand the existing daily product modelling style of Nixing pottery,absorbing the essence of classical design style and decoration design style,retention and explore suitable modelling style and design styles for modern production technology.(2)to analyze the relationship of material characteristics and modelling of Nixing pottery.Mainly analyzes the various shapes of the pottery made of different clay in different proportion after fusion from the Qin River on both sides.(3)to research the technology and modeling of Nixing pottery.Studying the effects of visual aesthetic of Nixing pottery made by molding technique,surface decoration craft,kiln firing techniques and polishing process for modelling.(4)to analyze the relationship between commodity products features and modelling of the Nixing pottery products.In order to satisfy both functional and aesthetic requirements of commodity products,this article is based on the daily product feature requirements to define the scope of Nixing pottery product modelling style,making the Nixing pottery products meet the pursuit of beauty in the form of product modelling based on daily product functionality.Thirdly,the study of Nixing pottery daily product image design,mainly analyzes from four aspects:(1)analyze the impression to the consumers and the cause of the product made by the existing Nixing pottery daily product.(2)to enhances Nixing pottery daily-use products using design.The main purposes are to promote the economic benefits of the Nixing pottery industry and to highlight the spreading of the characteristics of regional culture.(3)to follow the design principle and design method of product image to guide image design of the Nixing pottery daily product.(4)to improve the image design of Nixing pottery daily product from the perspective of the product by making the unity of product modeling and visual effects as the key design points.Finally,summarize the design method of Nixing pottery and the design direction of daily-use products.On the basis of Nixing pottery material characteristics,using modern technology as the support,using the principle of formal beauty in ceramic modelling and product image design method,make the Nixing pottery for daily use products not only meet the functional requirements,making consumers get aesthetic pleasure,but also make the traditional art--Nixing pottery continuously carried forward in the process of modern design.
