Research On Nixing Pottery Products Based On Humanized Design

The development of science and technology has changed people’s lifestyles,and the design concept of products has also changed.It can’t just stop at the functional design of the product,but pay attention to the convenience design of the product to meet people’s needs as much as possible.Humanized design has always been the top priority of product design and cannot be ignored.In 2008,China held a conference on "intangible cultural heritage",and listed Qinzhou Nixing Tao as one of them.Qinzhou Yingxingtao is very popular in Southeast Asia and is popular in many parts of the Americas.At present,the popularity of Qinzhou Puxing Pottery is declining year by year,and the number of related researchers is small.The development of purple sand pottery has further restricted the promotion of Qinzhou Puxing Pottery.Many scholars have neglected Qinzhou Puxing Pottery Tao’s research.Only by fully considering humanized design and convenience design elements,can people’s life be convenient and improve people’s life quality.In this paper,the author takes the Puxing ceramic products as the entry point,summarizes the related research on the humanized design of Puxing ceramic products at home and abroad,points out the importance of the humanized design of Puxing ceramic products,and proposes the research of this paper direction.Subsequently,the author expounds the content of humanized design from four perspectives: the concept,reason,development history and development significance of humanized design.Secondly,the author carried out an in-depth analysis of the current status of Puxing pottery products,and summarized the materials,processes,shapes,decorations,and cultural connotations of Nixing pottery daily use and craft products.The author introduces the concept of portable design and the related meaning of development,and then uses the "question-making technique" method to propose the scientific design of the portable design of the Puxing ceramic tea set from the four aspectsof size,weight,form,and function.The folding form is divided into two types,the first is restricted folding,the second is unlimited folding,and the combination is divided into two forms.The first is a functional combination,and the second is a structural combination.The design practice of Puxing pottery components laid the foundation.In summary,with the review and analysis of portable design,this article conducted a field survey of ceramic markets such as Jingdezhen,Chaozhou,and Qinzhou,and summarized the existing problems of humanized design of Puxing ceramic products,which is a follow-up to the humanity of Puxing ceramic products in China.The development of the design has provided a guarantee.
