In order to clarify the relationship between the interpersonal relationship,self-concept and personality traits,The research targets 410 junior high school students and adopt Parenthood Questionnaire,Peer Relationship Questionnaire,Teacher-student Relationship Questionnaire,Heterosexual Relationship Questionnaire,Tennessee Self-concept Scale,General Big Five Scale.On the basis of the general situation of teenagers` interpersonal relationship,self-concept and personality trait,the research analyzed the relationship among these factors,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The parent-child relationships and peer relationships have no significant differences on gender,the relationship between teachers and students and heterosexual relationships have significant difference on gender.Parent-child relationship,peer relationship,the relationship between teachers and students no significant difference on whether the one-child,and heterosexual contacts have significant difference on only one child or not,four types of relationships have no significant differences on the origin of students.(2)The physical self,psychological self,family self,self criticism,self satisfaction have no significant difference on gender,and the moral self,self identity,social self,self action,self score have significant difference on gender.Self-concept has no significant differences on the origin of students and only one child or not.(3)The adaptability and sociability have no significant differences on gender.The altruism and ethics have significant difference on gender.Five personality traits have no significant differences on the origin of students and only one child or not.(4)Sociability,altruism,moral sense has positive relationship with self-concept.Flexibility and openness have negative relationship with self concept.The five personality traits can explain 32.2% of the development of the self concept.(5)Parent-child relationship,the relationship between teachers and students,heterosexual contacts has positive relationship with self-concept.Peer relationship has negative relationship with self concept.Junior high school students` interpersonal relationship can explain 38.4% self-concept development.(6)The adaptability has negative relationship with the relationship between teachers and students and heterosexual contacts.The sociability has positive relationship with parent-child relationship.Open performance significantly negative predicts parent-child relationship.Altruism significantly negative predicts peer relations and significantly positively predicts the parent-child relationship.And teacher-student relationship.Moral sense could significantly positively predict the parent-child relationship,the relationship between teachers and students.(7)The parent-child relationship have mediator between the five personality traits and self-concept.
