Study On The Interaction Relationship Between Culture Creative Industries And Regional Economic Development Of Beijing

With the rapid development of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy,the cultural industry,which mixed science and technology,culture and information as a whole,is developing fiercely.At present,as the driving force of economic growth,cultural creativity industry has an influential impact on more areas.Nowadays,many developed countries and regions have already treated it as the pillar industry.Cultural creativity industry,as one of the emerging industries in recent years,has been widely noted.Whereas,the interaction between cultural creativity industry and regional economic development does not win enough attention.Although the contribution of cultural creativity industry on regional economic development has been affirmed and valued,the impact of regional economic development of cultural and creative industries been neglected.Through the mechanism research,we can see that the contribution of cultural creative industry to regional economy is to promote economic growth,to provide new impetus for regional economy,to ease the employment pressure,to optimize the industrial structure.The regional economic development influences the cultural creative industry by the cultural environment,human capital,legal environment,and the demand structure.In this paper,I start from the interaction between the cultural creativity industry and regional economic development in Beijing.As one of the pillar industries of this city,cultural creativity industry has provided the motivations for economic development and economic transition.Meanwhile,as the result of the prosperous of the cultural creativity industry,the contribution of economic development can not be neglected.Therefore,it is of vital importance for us to clarify the interaction between culture creativity industry and regional economic development.On the basis of theory,this paper makes an empirical analysis to Beijing's cultural creativity industry and economic growth.In order to verify the relationship between them,I made a dynamic analysis between the cultural creativity industry and the per capita GDP in Beijing,besides,I measured contribution degree of them.By using the co-integration test,I found that there is a long-term relationship between cultural creativity industry and economic growth.By co integration equation,Beijing cultural and creative industries to increase the 1 units can promote economic growth in 0.52 units,Beijing economic growth of 1 units can promote cultural and creative industries to grow by 1.9 units.Besides,through the using of cointegration formula,we got the level of their interaction: the contribution level of economic growth to creativity industry is higher than the contribution made by creativity industry to economic development in Beijing.By the using of Granger causality test,I found they are interdependent,in other words,they are reciprocal motivation to each other.Through the establishment of VAR model,and the using impulse response function and variance decomposition,it is not hard to verify the degree of interaction between creativity industry and economic growth.The impulse response function can be seen that the effect of economic growth of Beijing cultural creative industry and the city of Beijing has a certain volatility,but in the long term has a positive role in promoting economic growth;the cultural and creative industries in Beijing from negative to positive,from the long term positive role in promoting strong.From the variance decomposition,we found that the level of this interaction is growing more and more strong,for instance,the level that brought by economic growth to creativity industry could reach at more than 60%,which is much higher than the effect brought by creativity industry itself.According to the results of empirical analysis,it can be seen that the economic growth of Beijing has a profound impact on the development of cultural creativity industry.To sum up,it is very important for us to verify their interactive relationship.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical research,according the theoretical basis Function mechanism and empirical analysis,I get a conclusion of how to promote the relationship between cultural creativity industry and regional economy.
