Research On The Coordination Degree Of China's Cultural Industry And Regional Economic Development

Culture is a sunrise industry in twenty-first Century. It has an important role in optimizing the industrial structure, improving the level of employment and developing national economy. The contribution rate in some developed countries is more than that of traditional industries. Recent years, Chinese government has also referred the cultural industry to an unprecedented height.The rapid development of China’s cultural industry has brought economic and social benefits, which greatly promoted the economic development. And the healthy development of cultural industry can’t be separated from the support of regional economy as well. Only by increasing cultural infrastructure, professional, capital and other investment can keep cultural industry developing faster and better. This paper analyzes the development of China’s cultural industry, it is found that cultural resources are rich,the scale continues to expand, and cultural infrastructure facilities are being perfected,and has rapid development speed and potential. But it also has kinds of problems, that is it excessively dependent on government support, lack of profitability and high-end professional, meanwhile the power of scientific research needs to be improved.Based on the theory of Grey correlation,we analysis the Grey correlation degree between cultural industry and regional economy, then we find that cultural industry is closely related to the development of primary and secondary industries, after that it has close association with the tertiary industry. This has practical significance to adjust China’s industrial structure. To study the coupling coordination degree of cultural industry,this paper construct the evaluation index system of the coupling coordination between cultural industry and regional economy based on the principle of scientific, systematic,representative and operational. The system select index from the development scale,speed, and potential of cultural industry, and use the improved entropy weighting method and the coupling coordination degree model to analysis the development level of cultural industry. The results show that the coupling coordination degree has steadily increased with a small amplitude fluctuation, but the coordination degree is low, and the coordination state still has a certain gap to the high quality and the coordination stage.Studying the coupling coordination degree of the 31 provinces find that, the national cultural industry develop rapidly, and the coordination degree value continue to improve.The eastern coastal area develop faster than the central and western. Regional development is obviously uneven. So it is important to reasonably control the development of cultural industry in eastern provinces, and pay attention to the development of the underdeveloped provinces in the central and western regions. In order to promote the coordinated development of the cultural industry, we should pay attention to the overall development strategy of cultural industry, promote the reform of the cultural industry system, strengthen the training of cultural industry personnel and guide people to correct consumption concept.
