| Sports documentary is an important imaging material for the development of sports undertakings,which has unique artistic charm and historical literature value.During the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,sports documentaries show a "blowout" type of development,not only in the number of growth,but also with a variety of advances in the selection of subject matter and content of expression.The paper take the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games documentary as the research object,which use the methods of literature review,case analysis,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.From the perspective of sports documentary and sports spirit,the paper analyses the documentary content,combined the source of the Olympic Games sports spirit,to explore the the sports spirits and artistic expressions of Beijing Olympic documentary,and provide reference for the future development of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic sports documentary.Through the review of the literature,analysis of video text,the paper summarized the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games sports spirit as: the patriotism spirit,tenacious fighting spirit,optimism and confident in participating,standardized and orderly fairly competitive spirit and people-oriented humanistic Olympic spirit.This paper found that the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games documentary has more obvious features in the performance of humanistic spirit than the early sports documentary:From the narrative method,civilian narrative is more widely used than the herotic narrative.The first person narrative is more widely used than the third person narrative.From the narrative content,the documentaries during and after 2008,breaked the limitations of the tournament and the game,with more extensive of topic and more time and space.From the way of expression,the documentaries of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games increased the display of traditional Chinese culture.Based on the above conclusions,the paper made the following recommendations for the future of the Olympic theme documentary film:Humanistic spirit is the core value of sports documentary,any film can not leave the human spirit in presenting the facts.In the creation of sports documentary,it’s necessary to strengthen the personal image,and reflect the human content.At the same time,the creators need to make full use of television language,to enhance the narrative performance of the documentary. |
