In December 2012,Tsinghua University's Collection of The Warring States Bamboo Slips(3)(<?????????(?)>.Here in after referred to as"Tsinghua 3")was published by Zhongxi Book Company.RuiLiangfu Bi(<????>)is part of it.It consists of twenty-eight bamboo slips with full written about thirty words.There were fourteen broken bamboo slips at first,than still have seven broken bamboo slips after the work of piecing together.The original arrangement and research in the text of RuiLiangfu Bi was edited by Zhao Pingan.The main contents are the admonitory poems written for the internal and external troubles of Zhou Dynasty by RuiLiangfu,the minister of the King Li of Zhou.It firstly says the national situation in the period of King Li of Zhou,then records the details of RuiLiangfu Bi about the statecrafts which involve that the king ought to awe the normal changes,favor the will of the people,perform the principle and punishment,and keep away from glib-tongued men,as well as the monarch and his subjects should not lust for the profits and indulge in the creature comforts,and should be prudent and discreet in it.After the publication of "Tsinghua 3",many scholars gave extensive attention and enthusiastic discussions on the text of RuiLiangfu Bi.There are already many achievements published on the orthographic translation,the explanation of characters,the segmentation of sentence,the comparison of bamboo documents with classical documents,and so on.My research is about the collection of interpretations of RuiLiangfu Bi on the bases of previous research findings.My work can be divided into three parts.The first part is is the research summary of the RuiLiangfu Bi.We summarized the basic circumstances of the research on the inscriptions of these ancient bamboo slips and provided brief introduction to the representative articles and suggestions for interpretation.The second part is the transcription of the RuiLiangfu Bi.The third part is the main body of this article.We strive to collect researchers' views and opinions about the characters' illuminations according to the sequence of time.After comparing the opinions on the same question,we tried to draw a conclusion of our own,and sometimes we hoped to provide a reference for future researches.
