"Tsinghua University Collection of Bamboo-Slip Texts Volume 1(known as Tsinghua One)" was published in late 2010.It is the first organized reports for more than 2500 unearthed Bamboo Manuscripts which was collected by Tsinghua University in 2008,and it collected nine chapters of bamboo-slip texts that were originally written in 107 bamboo manuscripts.These nine chapters of bamboo-slip texts has highly precious academic value.This research focuses on these bamboo-slip texts;it organizes and compares different scholars’ researches about the bamboo-slip texts formality,characters’ etymology,characters’structures,sentences’ explanation and etc.to generate new perspectives.There are three parts for this dissertation:The first part is an introduction of Tsinghua bamboo-slip texts’general information and Tsinghua One nine chapters’ content and nature.Moreover,this part emphasized the Tsinghua One’ s bamboo manuscripts’medium material formality.It also briefs other researchers’ work about nine chapters,and explains the methodology and structure of this study.The second part,“Tsinghua Nine Chapter General Analysis",is the main part of this dissertation.There are nine chapters in this part.Each chapter has three portions:the first portion is the newly composed translation for the bamboo-slip texts,the second portion is general analysis and explanation based on translation.It integrated many scholars’ researches about difficult characters’ etymology,characters’special structures,and specific opinions about sentence interpretation.It’ s targeting bamboo-slip literatures,discussing those researches and attempting to decode these bamboo-slip texts word by word.The third portion gives high level interpretation based on the second portion,and explained these ancient literature in modern Chinese.Some of the general explanation’ s research results can be explained in a short paragraph,but some of those requires thesis to be thoroughly articulated.The third part,“Tsinghua Nine Chapters And Words Specialized Research”,collected all of these specialized researches.There are five chapters in this part.The first chapter,“Collected,Supplemented And Corrected Opinions About ’Wei Yin Ji Ji Tang Xian You Yi De’ ",integrated all scholars’ opinions about“Wei Yin Ji Ji Tang Xian You Yi De" from "Yin Gao",gives fresh opinion about this literature.The second chapter,“The Special Meaning Of ’Ming’ In Qi Ye And Some Special Nouns On Ancient Sacrifice",finding the“ming”character’ s meaning should be "clean".Based on this result,it deeply discusses the same "ming" character from both historical documents and unearthed literature."Bao Xun","Jing Teng","Huang Men" has "Bu Yu" characters meaning "the lasting uncured illness",they share the same meaning with "Fu Yu" and "Bu Yi" Characters in historical documents.Yet,the exact meaning has not been decided.The third chapter,"Supplements Of Study On ’Fu Yu’,’Bu Yi’" attempts to keep discussing the reason behind the fact that why "Fu Yu" and "Bu Yi"Characters mean "the lasting uncured illness";this discussion cited the rich research results about "Shi" and "Shu"."Zhong" Character is the core of "Bao Xun" bamboo-slip’ s content,so the meaning of this character is the critical controversy to interpret "Bao Xun".The fourth chapter,"Reviews And Discussions On Opinions On ’Zhong’ In Bao Xun"is organizing and categorizing various researches,trying to explain this"Zhong" character.The structure of "Zhen" character in "Bao Xun"is unusual,the fifth chapter,"New Research About Some Inscriptions On Bronze Utilizing The ’zhen’ Character",is utilizing this character to research several other related characters’ structures and interpretations.
