| "Critical Image" as the important manifestation of "Image Criticism" method,hasn’t been paid enough attention that it deserves.And the studies of Zhong Rong’s Shipin ignore the important role which played by "Critical Image".In fact,the"Critical Image" of Shipin is a perfect combination of perceptual image and rational idea.In form,it has an impact on the formation of the poetic,intelligent,natural and implicit stylistic features of Shipin.And in content,it not only plays an important role on conveying the aesthetic experience and aesthetic emotion of Zhong Rong,but also contains some rich and profound poetics and aesthetics of Zhong Rong.It is the two layer connotations of the "Critical Image" that form the "aesthetic criticism"characteristic of Zhong Rong’s Shipin,and have a far-reaching impact on the later literary theories.This paper includes three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly discusses the research status and practical significance of the topic,and reveals some problems existing in the current research.The conclusion mainly discusses the vitality of "Critical Image,and its enlightenment to contemporary literary criticism.The text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter defines the concept of"Critical Image",and expounds the relations and boundaries between "Critical Image"and some concepts like "Image","Aesthetic Image ","Literary Image " and "Image Criticism",to properly identifies the location of "Critical Image" concept in literary criticism.Finally,the author draws on Kant’s discussion of "Aesthetic Idee",and sums up three characteristics of the "Critical Image" of creativity,the combination of perception and reason,infinity.On this basis,the text briefly describes the reasons for taking the "Critical Image" of Zhong Rong’s Shipin as the object of study.The second chapter makes a summary and analysis of the main types of the"Critical Image" in Zhong Rong’s Shipin,and sums up four kinds of "Critical Image":brocade,carving,wind and cloud,jade and pine.The author describes the specific image of every kind of "Critical Image" in Zhong Rong’s Shipin,and briefly states the changes of each kind of "Critical Image" in the history of literary criticism,to show the completeness of "Critical Image" of Zhong Rong’s Shipin.The third chapter elaborates the theoretical connotations of the "Critical Image"in Zhong Rong’s Shipin.These "Critical Images" mainly contain the poetic ideal of"natural essence",the creation idea of combination the clear and the beauty,and rich meaning of "Pin" of Zhong Rong.Moreover the author compares them with the literature views of other critics,to highlight the unique of the theoretical connotations contained by the "Critical Images" in Zhong Rong’s Shipin.The fourth chapter combs the effects of the "Critical Images" of Zhong Rong’s Shipin on the later literary theories.In order of time,setting out from two angles of criticism style and aesthetic criticism,the author mainly expounds its effects on the Twenty-four Poetic Styles by Sikong Tu in the Late Tang Dynasty,the Canglang poetry talks by Yan Yu in the Southern Song Dynasty,the Siming poetry talks by Xie Zhen in Ming Dynasty,the commentary by Jin Sheng-tan in the Qing Dynasty,and the Renjian Ci talks by Wang Guowei in the late Qing Dynasty. |
