This paper centers on Wusa Chieftain,discussing the relationship between Wusa Chieftain and central dynasty.In Yuan,Ming,Qing periods,central dynasty pushed a massive programme of native chieftain system in Southwest frontier regions.The management policy of central dynasty had very closed relationships with the development of local Chieftain.The ethnic problems are the contradiction between dominative nationality and the ruled nation,which was a political reality highly valued and directly looked by successive central dynasties?It was an important matter with regard to the rise and down,existence and death for dynasties.Since Yuan dynasty has created chieftain system,Yuan and Qing dynasty continued governance pattern in the southwest frontier ethnic regions.Chieftain System has been an important part of the dynasty administrative systems,which had a positive influence on the central dynasty ruling in frontier in southeast and fighting the enemies under particular historical conditions.Wusa Chieftain was a big Chieftain of the southwest frontier ethnic regions in Yuan and Ming dynasty,which had a great influence on southwest area.Wusa Chieftain is located at the junction of Yunnan Guizhou Sichuan three provinces,which was attached to yunnan province,sichuan province and guizhou province.Location is very important.The old haunt Wusa was the ancient Dian in ancient times.It was the central area of the ancient Yelang Country in the Warring States period.It belonged to Zhu County in the Shuhan Kingdom period and belonged to Treasure Mi States after Tang dynasty,setting Treasure Mi States Department in Song dynasty,Wusa road,Wusa Wumeng Pacification Office,Wusa magistrate of district and Wusa military and civilian government in Yuan dynasty,and it was formallycanonize Chieftain by the court.In order to strengthen management and control of Wusa area,Wusa police was setted in Ming Dynasty.In Qing Dynasty,the reform was beginning.Weining Mansion and Weining State was found.This paper Wusa Chieftain,central dynasty politics,economy,culture and other related problems as example to study the relationship between Wusa Chieftain and central dynasty in higher education.quality assurance.What is more,it also explores the practical role and historical nature that Wusa Chieftain plays in dealing with national relationships as a big chieftain who administrated lots of areas,which can deepen the part and influence central dynasty played in the development of Chieftain,thus further interpretation and cognition can be made.Besides the introduction and conclusion,the article is divided into five parts.The first part,this paper simply expounds Wusa Chieftain from the origin,development and the formation of the Chieftain which influenced many areas,as well as archaeological excavation procedure of the local situation where Wusa Chieftain was located in.The second part dicusses the setup process of Wusa Pacification Office and the national policy of Yuan dynasty ruled by the Umayyad Dynasty.Besides,it concludes the economic connections and characterization relationship between Yuan dynasty and Wusa Chieftain.The third part analyzes the reason why the rapid development of Wusa Chieftain from the Ming dynasty runned change in the southwest and Wusa subordinate relations.Based on characteristics of its relations,this article analyzes the taxes and tribute to the influence of Wusa.The next part focuses on the reform of Wusa Chieftain and analyzes the reason why the reform of Qing dynasty by analyzing the characteristics of national relations at that time.The fifth part explores the relationship between local area of Wusa and national minority surrounding that area,by which to illustrates the rationality that Wusa deals with local ethnic relations as a big Chieftain.
