As one of the most important research fields in recent years,teachers' cold violence has been studied by scholars.Most of the related researches are descriptive studies,which discuss the present situation and causes of the cold violence,but pay little attention to the measurement of teachers' cold violence.This study used the literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and other methods a set of teacher cold violence questionnaire developed by ourselves,through Nanchang,Hefei and other places on the job of junior high school teachers survey,collect data through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,T test,variance analysis and other statistical methods.For data processing,obtained the questionnaire of teacher cold violence tendency of good reliability and validity.To explore the relationship of teacher cold violence and occupation burnout and coping style,discusses the mediating effect of coping style between occupation burnout and teacher cold violence,to discuss the differences of teacher cold violence on demographic variables.Results show:(1)the teacher cold violence is composed of three dimensions,namely,the behavior of cold violence,the attitude of cold violence and cognitive cold violence dimension.(2)reliability analysis results of cold violence questionnaire of teachers said the questionnaire has good test-retest reliability,homogeneity reliability,content validity,structure validity and criterion validity,in line with the requirements of psychometrics.(3)the results of T test and analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in gender,marital status and the demographic variables of teaching subjects between the teachers' cold violence and its sub dimensions in the three variables.(4)occupation burnout can positively predict teacher cold violence;coping style can negatively predict teacher cold violence,negative coping style predict teacher cold violence;occupation burnout negatively predict teacher cold violence through the intermediary role of coping;occupation burnout through negative coping styles the mediating effect of positive prediction of teacher cold violence.
