The Relationship Among Professional Pressure, Coping Style And Job Burnout In Youth Police With The Grassroots Level

Objective: To understand the factors of grassroots police occupation pressure,coping style and occupation burnout and inner influence, exploring the relationship between the three and the coping styles between psychological stress and occupation burnout.Methods: Using the 《police psychological pressure questionnaire》, 《Simple coping style questionnaire》 and 《Occupation burnout scale》 to some county in 240 grassroots people’s police psychological stress, coping styles and occupation burnout survey, using SPSS16.0 statistical software to analyze data statistics.Results:(1) facing larger professional pressure(M3.31 or higher); in gender,marital status, police age dimension, occupation pressure show different characteristics respectively.(2) 62.1% of the grassroots police approach be negative;coping style have significant differences in gender, marital status, age and other aspects of the police.(3) the overall job burnout in good condition, there are significant differences in marital status, police age dimension.(4) a different degree of positive correlation between occupation stress and occupation burnout of grassroots police.(5) positive coping was positively related with time pressure, and negatively correlated with interpersonal pressure; while negative coping and social pressure had a significant negative correlation.(6) positive coping was negatively correlated with the level of occupation burnout was positively related to passive coping; positive coping between occupation burnout and stress level has a significant negative role,while no significant moderating effect of negative coping.Conclusion:(1) the level of occupational stress on the high side, the grassroots police job burnout situation at average levels, to respond to negative situations.(2) has a significantly positive impact of pressure on the police occupation occupational burnout, occupation burnout level and good coping style can effectively slow down the individual.(3) the occupational stress can be used to approach the indirect impact of grassroots police job burnout.
