As the recent domestic and foreign research direction of the cutting edge of organizational behavior,implicit followership theories is becoming more and more attention,but the related empirical research is not much.Therefore,the study of theoretical exploration on the content and structure of Implicit followership theories brought into reality organizational cases,to discusse leaders' Implicit followership theories influence on employees' voice behavior.The research enriches implicit followership theories system,and provides theoretical guidance for the organization and management practice.First of all,the research based on the analysis of related literature,combined with an open questionnaire to collect implicit followership theories scale items,explored individual implicit followership theories structure,by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,developed the implicit followership theories scale.Second,using t test,analysis of variance analyzes implict followership demography.Then,using the correlation analysis compares the self-made implicit followership scale with the implicit followership scale by Sy(2010).Finally,select the leader-followers dual as the research participant,using correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation explore leaders' implicit followership(including the followership prototypes,the followership anti-prototype)effect on employees' advice behavior and its mechanism.The result of the study are as following:(1)The theory of implicit followership content structure includes four first-order factors(dimensions),respectively: ideal tasks,good citizens,slacking,destructive behavior.Then through integrating form a second order factor,respectively followership prototype(including ideal tasks,good citizen),followership the prototype(including slacking,disruptive behavior).(2)The implicit followership scale is compiled with foreign Sy(2010)compiledby the implicit followership scale.With the self-made IFTs scale follow prototype entry and Sy IFTs of scale the prototype items related to follow instead of following the prototype IFTs negative correlation.(3)Implicit followership and its various dimensions such as gender,level of education,industry does not exist significant differences in demographic characteristics such as age,seniority,position the demographic characteristics with different degree of difference.(4)Leaders' implicit followership forecast for employees' voice behavior has a significant effect.Leaders' followership the advice of prototype to employee behavior(inhibitory advice,promote advice)has significant positive influence;leaders' followership prototypes for the employees' advice behavior(inhibitory advice,promote the sex advice)has significant negative effects.(5)Perceived supervisor support has the intermediary effect between leaders' followship prototype and employees' voice behavior.Leaders' followership prototype has a significant positive influence on perceived supervisor support,perceived supervisor support has a significant positive influence on employees' voice behavior.(6)Abusive supervision has the intermediary effect between leaders' followship anti-prototype and employees' voice behavior.Leaders' followership anti-prototype has a significant positive influence on abusive supervision,abusive supervision has a significant negative effects on employees' voice behavior.Finally,this study summarizes the research on the whole,and on this basis puts forward the enlightenment and the outlook for future research.
