With the deepening of economic and technology,the cultural industry is also undergoing profound changes,promoting the integration of culture and technology,improving the technological content and international competitiveness.It has became the developing direction of regional culture.Tianjin,with deep cultural heritage,is located in the urban intersection of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.However,as for the fusion of technology and cultural system,Tianjin has yet to be promoted.Therefore,it is a trend to promote the fusion of tianjin culture industry and science and technology.Taking culture industry,science and technology innovation ability and the relationship of them as the theory instruction,the paper uses the comparative study and factor analysis to studyTianjin culture industry.First,this paper expounds the cultural industry,science and technology innovation ability,interactive relationship and other related concepts.In the second place,it builds input and output innovation ability evaluation index systemfrom the vertical and horizontal aspects;Third,the empirical results: policy and market factors are the key to Tianjin culture industry;Finally,according to the empirical results,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the culture industry.The main conclusions are: from the longitudinal angle,the policy factors of cultural industry are stable,while market factors are volatile,resulting in the volatility of overall science and technology innovation ability.From the horizontal Angle,Tianjin is one of the four municipalities and the key position in the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region area.The market factors and comprehensive factors are in the middle level,while policy factors row the last.Therefore,we should promote the culture industry science and technology innovation ability from policy and market factors.Policy factors include financial,cultural facilities platform construction and talent.Market factors include the market system,leading enterprises,culture products.
