Regulatory emotional self-efficacy as a special specific self-efficacy,supplementary present related research revealed regulatory emotional self-efficacy influences on one’s subjective well-being and interpersonal relationships,but that unclears of research about investigate the action mechanism of two aspects of subjective well-being that are emotions(positive emotion,negative emotion and positive rate)and congnition,and contributes to interpersonal relationship,and combined action.Meanwhile,the participants of present research most of college students and the aged.After discussed these mechanisms,owing to early adulthood is the critical period of the development of regulatory emotional self-efficacy,and solution-focused brief therapy has widely used in college students’ self-efficacy and emotional areas,so the study attempts to use SFBT self-help to guides the application of students’ regulatory emotional self-efficacy and affections.In order to solve the above problems,three studies were carried out.Study 1:Using the regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale to investigate the developmental characteristics of regulatory emotional self-efficacy of 963 adults who ages are between 18 and 94.The results showed that:1)from the early adulthood to adults,the individual’s regulatory emotional self-efficacy gradually increased,but at older ages,they exhibited a weaker sense of personal efficacy;2)men’s regulatory emotional self-efficacy from early adulthood to adults are better than women,but opposed to elderly age;Study 2:Using the regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale、positive and negative affect schedule、life satisfaction scale and interpersonal relationships assessment scale to investigate the association about adults’ regulatory emotional self-efficacy,affections,life satisfaction and interpersonal relationships of 963 adults who ages are between 18 and 94.The results showed that:1)adults’ regulatory emotional self-efficacy and its dimension can positively predict the positive emotion and life satisfaction,and negatively predict negative emotions and interpersonal problems,and there are differences across age group;2)adults’ regulatory emotional self-efficacy has an indirect effect upon interpersonal problems by positive emotions,positive rate,and life satisfaction;Study 3:Using the pretest-posttest experimental group control group design to investigate Solution-focused brief therapy self-help impacts on regulatory emotional self-efficacy,positive emotions,negative emotions and positive rate of 224 colleges students from 18 to 24 years old.Patients are randomized into two groups.The results showed that:1)applying SFBT self-help in college students emotional adjustment self-efficacy showed negative results,but can reduce college students’ negative emotions and improve the positive rate compared with control group;2)different intervention materials and times have different effects,and SFBT self-help can best improve the positive rate of college students in evening.The conclusion is that regulatory emotional self-efficacy have different development tendencies in three stages of adulthood and there are gender differences;and the different functions of regulatory emotional self-efficacy on one’s mood,life satisfaction and interpersonal relationship in adulthood;and use self-help of SFBT can improve the emotional management of college students.
