Due to the great pressure in study,life,interpersonal relationship and other aspects among college students,many college students have some problems in emotional expression and regulation,so some college students have impulsive use of smart phones due to emotional problems,that is,the problem of smartphone addiction.This issue is also the current social concern.The main way of this study is from the perspective of university students daily mood,measuring the relative status of daily mood,the extent of the smart phone addiction and regulatory emotional self-efficacy(RES)scores of these three variables,to explore college students affcet balance and the relationship between the smartphone addiction,understanding how the internal influence mechanism between the two variables,and the test RES intermediary role,eventually the influence of form a complete model.On the basis of the model and the implementation of group intervention,on the one hand to verify the model in practice,on the other hand to solve the problem of college students smartphone addiction to provide some practical experience.Research I in the samples collected from the college students in two universities by questionnaire measurement,finally obtained the effective questionnaire 615,and through the data analysis verify the relative status of college students'daily mood or affect balance and smart phone addiction is a negative correlation between,and proves that the mediation model is also exist.On the basis of the theoretical model of research one,research 2 carried out the group counseling activity using the mandala painting technology,and conducted the group psychological counseling intervention from the perspective of emotion,hoping to improve the mobile phone use problem of college students through the emotional intervention.The second study was the group counseling conducted in a university in hubei province.The whole program was conducted once a week and six times in total.From the intervention results,the group counseling activities using the mandala painting technology can effectively improve the emotional aspect of college students,mainly in the expression and regulation of these two aspects played a role.This program also has certain effect on the problem of college students'smartphone addiction.From the data of before and after test,the degree of the experimental group's follow-up test is also decreased compared with that of the former test,which is also the purpose of this study.The conclusions of this study are mainly in the following aspects:First,among college students,the higher the emotional balance ability,the lower the degree of smartphone addiction,and the two are negatively correlated.Secondly,among college students,the influence model of smartphone addiction is under the joint action of affect balance and regulatory emotional self-efficacy(RES),that is,there is the mediating effect of RES,and part of the mediating model proposed is established.Third,the group counseling program using the mandala painting technology can effectively improve the mood of college students,improve their affecr balance ability,and thus reduce their mobile phone use.
