The Research On The Influence Of Cultural Conflict To The Cooperative Behavior During The International Project

In the process of international engineering project execution of Chinese Enterprises,cultural conflict will affect the cooperative behavior,and then affect the cost,quality and progress of the international project.Therefore,this paper takes the influence of cultural conflict in international project on cooperative behavior as the research object,and deeply analyzes the ways and means of the influence.Based on the analysis of the concept of international engineering,cultural conflict and cooperative behavior,this paper extracts the basic model of cultural conflict in international engineering: explicit culture conflict,compliance culture conflict,system culture conflict,personnel culture conflict and value culture conflict will affect the cost,schedule,quality and so on.Through the questionnaire survey to further optimize the analysis,in these kinds of cultural conflict,the compliance culture conflict,cultural conflict system of cooperative behavior affect the maximum,the dominant cultural conflict and personnel culture conflict affect less,cultural value conflict of cooperative behavior has no significant effect.Through the analysis of two international engineering cases in Turkey and Thailand by the model,we can get further verification.The research of this paper has highlighted the key point of cultural conflict management of international engineering project,and has certain directive significance to the cultural conflict in the international project.
