Research About The Development Strategy Of Animation Industries In Liaoning Province

Animation industry,is an emerging industry with creativity at the core.It emphasizes an industry that a host culture or a cultural factor develops and markets intellectual property by technology,originality and industrialization.<The State 12th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Reform and Development comes up with vigorously developing the cultural innovation industry and many cities in our country>have put the Animation industry as a focus on the development of local industries.Liaoning has inherent advantages to develop Animation industry with the cultural heritage.Besides,developing Animation industry is an important way to realize the economic transformation and construct a happy Liaoning.At present,Liaoning Province has made some achievements in the development of animation industries,appeared agglomeration effect initially,formed its own features and promoted the economic development of Liaoning.But the problems of talent,capital and scale still exist in the development process.In order to further improve on the existing basis,related research from the strategic level is needed.In my thesis,I describe the development situation,characteristics and existing problems of Liaoning's Animation industry.And I analyze the internal,external environment and competitiveness in detail with PEST,Diamond Theory and SWOT,what's more,I summarize the advantages and disadvantages of competitiveness and come up with the development strategy,the formulation of development ideas,strategic choices,strategic missions and the guarantee measures.
