Research On Project Cost Management Optimization Of R Entertainment Company

Since the Internet-based new cultural and entertainment enterprises have an excessively fast development speed in the early stage,some enterprises have chosen the development strategy of "focusing on the speed of business development ",ignoring the importance of cost management.However,due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic since 2020,Internet-based new cultural and entertainment enterprises have gradually lost the initial development dividends of the industry brought by the rapid development of Internet technology.Under the challenges including shrinking profit margins and intensifying competition,the management of new cultural and entertainment enterprises has gradually begun to pay attention to the optimization of project cost management and has transformed from the original management method to delicacy management.This article takes R Entertainment Company as a research case.R Entertainment Company was established in April 2015.The reason why R Entertainment Company is selected as the research case is that R Entertainment Company is currently in the critical stage of the second round of financing,and unreasonable cost management has become the key problem and the financing obstacle.By sorting out the relevant theories of project cost management,based on business management practice,combined with questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the problems in the project cost management of R Entertainment Company.The ideas for optimizing the project cost management of R Entertainment Company are as follows: 1)define the business processes module of R Entertainment Company;2)adjust the business processes of R Entertainment Company;3)adjust the financial management process of R Entertainment Company.According to the actual project cost management situation of R Entertainment Company,a complete set of project cost management optimization plan was issued for R Entertainment Company.This article conjoin with the realistic of the project cost management of R Entertainment Company,clarify the analysis of operation effect of the project cost management optimization plan,strengthen the control and management of project cost,make counter measures of sustained improvement.
